Bench-tested

Every part passes our bench first.

A part is listed only after it passes. This is what the test checks, by kind of part.

Motherboards, power supplies, coolers and cases each have their own checks too.

Graphics cards

  • The exact model and memory size match the label
  • The fans spin normally and quietly
  • A stress or benchmark loop ran to the end
  • No on-screen artifacts and no driver crashes

Processors

  • The PC starts up correctly with it installed
  • The exact model is detected
  • A stock stress test ran to the end
  • No overheating slowdown and no processor errors

Memory

  • The full capacity is detected
  • The memory channel setup was checked
  • A memory test ran to the end with zero errors

Storage

  • The advertised capacity is really there
  • The drive’s own health report was read, with no critical warning
  • Sustained reads and writes ran without trouble, and it did not keep dropping off
  • It was wiped, or needed no wipe, before it was listed

How it works

How buying a part works.

Pickup and delivery

  1. Step 1

    Tested first

A part goes on the shelf once it has passed the same bench test as the parts we put inside a Reforged PC.

  2. Step 2

    Buy it online

Pay by card on the part’s page. It comes off the shelf the moment it is yours — no waiting to hear back.

  3. Step 3

Collect it, or we bring it

Pick it up in East Tucson, or ask us to deliver across the Tucson area. We don’t ship parts.
