When you use Contact, Custom Build, or Sell to Us, Reforged PCs receives the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, hardware description, location, and message. Seller-intake information is used for private review and follow-up; it is not a public listing.

Stripe-hosted Checkout handles card entry and payment processing. For local delivery coordination, Checkout may collect your name, email, and phone number. After the exact payment association is validated, those fields may be stored in Reforged PCs private payment records for operational follow-up.

• Reforged PCs does not store raw card numbers, CVC values, or magnetic-stripe data.
• Stripe processes payment details on its hosted payment surface.
• Reforged PCs does not sell customer or seller information.
• Customer contact fields are restricted to approved administrative handling and are not part of public build pages.

The site currently uses a first-touch referral cookie named rf_first_touch. It stores limited referral context such as supported campaign values, landing path, and referrer for up to 30 days so that genuine inquiries can retain attribution. The site does not currently add a marketing-cookie consent system.

Public pages show build information intended for customers. Admin records, payment history, customer contact, delivery notes, costs, and operational information remain outside public projections and require the existing approved-admin access path.
