Every finished PC goes through the Reforged QA process before it is listed: CPU validation, GPU stress testing, RAM testing, storage health, thermals, port and function checks, Windows setup and a final inspection.

Each listing says which components are new and which are certified used, next to the exact part. The condition is written down before you buy.

Each listing states the Windows edition and whether it is activated, beside the specifications. Where a processor is not on Microsoft’s supported list for Windows 11, the listing shows Microsoft’s support note.

No. Reforged is local: collect your PC for free at our East Tucson pickup point, or choose Standard Delivery priced by driving distance across the Tucson area. You pick the method and a window when you buy.

Pay by card on the listing. Checkout is Stripe-hosted, so Reforged never sees or stores your card number, and the PC comes off the floor as soon as it is yours. Rather pay cash? You can reserve it for a local meetup instead. Want to ask something first? Message us about that build.

Yes. Reforged PCs systems come with a 30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty that starts the day you receive the PC. Separately, you can request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving the PC with no restocking fee.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days from the day you receive the PC. The PC must be returned complete, with its included accessories and items, in materially the same condition as when you received it, and without customer-caused damage. No restocking fee is charged under this launch policy. A change-of-mind return is separate from a warranty claim.

Every Reforged PC is handed over in person around Tucson. You choose the handoff when you buy: pick it up in East Tucson for free, or we deliver it across the Tucson area, in a window that suits you. We do not ship.

Every Reforged PC comes with its power cable. Each listing shows what is in the box, what is built in, and what you will still need. A monitor, keyboard and mouse are separate.

Use the contact page and include the build name plus a concise description of the issue; Reforged PCs will coordinate the next step directly. Opening the PC or replacing a component does not automatically void the entire warranty; coverage depends on whether the customer action caused the failure. Contact Reforged PCs promptly and describe the problem before attempting a repair or modification.

A used or refurbished component may show normal prior-use wear; that disclosure does not by itself mean the system is defective. The warranty covers hardware failure that prevents the PC from performing substantially as represented at sale.

Complete gaming PCs, office and donor PCs, graphics cards, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, SSDs and hard drives, power supplies, cases and cooling, and mixed lots. Working, untested and not-working hardware can all be submitted; just say which.

There is no instant calculator. Every submission is reviewed individually, and if the hardware is a fit we follow up by email. Model names, quantities and clear photos of labels, ports and any damage make the review faster.

No. Submitting the form is a request for an offer. It does not commit you to sell, and it does not guarantee that Reforged PCs will buy.

Yes. Open the build you want and choose the trade-in review. A trade value is only set after the hardware has been assessed.
