The rules are simple.

Finished PCs are physical, one-of-one systems. Availability can change while another customer is checking out. A build is not yours until Reforged PCs records the applicable payment confirmation and coordinates the next operational step.

Listings identify the specific hardware, condition disclosures, images, factual QA information, and price presented by Reforged PCs. Public Buy Now uses the listed price shown for that build. Admin-created payment requests may use a separately agreed negotiated amount. Applicable tax may be added at checkout; no tax rate is promised on this page.

Payment is processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. A browser return from Checkout is not proof of payment; Reforged PCs waits for secure server confirmation. Delivery is local to the Tucson area and is coordinated after payment confirmation. Reforged PCs does not currently ship PCs.

Some systems include tested used or refurbished components as well as new components. The listing's exact specifications, factual QA information, and condition disclosure are part of the purchase context. Customers should review the listing and ask questions before buying if a component's condition or compatibility matters to them.

The 30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty begins on the date the customer receives the PC and covers hardware failure that prevents the PC from performing substantially as represented at sale or delivery. A separate voluntary change-of-mind return may be requested within 7 calendar days from delivery when the PC is complete, materially unchanged, and free of customer-caused damage. No restocking fee is charged under this launch policy. See the Returns page for the applicable process.

• Do not interfere with Checkout, webhook delivery, site security, or availability controls.
• Do not submit misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through the site forms.

Attorney review is recommended for any future limitation of implied-warranty duration, limitation of liability, consequential or incidental damage exclusion, dispute-resolution or venue clause, warranty-remedy limitation, and the interaction of these policies with Arizona and federal consumer law.
