The terms
What Fireleaf is
Fireleaf is a desktop AI agent from Reforged PCs (reforgedpcs.com), based in Arizona, USA.
It runs local models on your own PC. By using Fireleaf you agree to these terms.
Plans and prices
Fireleaf has three plans: Free, Pro and Ultra.
Pro is $7 a month or $70 a year. Ultra is $17 a month or $170 a year.
Prices are in US dollars, plus tax. Stripe works out the tax from your billing address at checkout.
Monthly and yearly plans
Monthly and yearly plans are billed through Stripe.
They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
The free Pro trial
You can try Pro free for 14 days. No card is needed.
There is one trial per email address, and the address must be confirmed first.
A +tag, and dots in a Gmail address, count as the same address.
The trial ends on its last day by itself. Nothing is charged, and you keep every free feature.
The founder lifetime licence
The founder licence is one payment: $149 for Pro or $299 for Ultra, plus tax.
It never renews and never bills again.
It is offered only to the first 500 buyers across Pro and Ultra.
Lifetime means for as long as we offer Fireleaf and its plan, on the plan you bought.
If the payment is refunded or disputed, the licence ends at the next plan check.
Your licence
Your plan is a signed file that Fireleaf checks on your PC, without needing to go online.
If Fireleaf cannot refresh the file, a monthly or yearly plan keeps working for a 14-day grace period.
Cancelling
Cancel a monthly or yearly plan any time from Manage billing in Fireleaf.
Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
A lapsed plan keeps every free feature and all of your data.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you ask the agent to do, and for the models you choose to run.
Do not use Fireleaf for anything illegal.
Your PC, your data
Fireleaf runs on your PC. Reforged PCs does not see your prompts, files or conversations.
We keep your account email, your plan and payment records, and the messages you send us through Help and feedback.
If you delete your account, we remove your email address from it and delete your messages to us.
We also unlink any usage counts from it, and remove the email from your Stripe customer record.
We keep your plan and payment records, for tax and for counting founder licences.
Stripe keeps its own records of your payments, under its own privacy policy.
If you started a free trial, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your email address.
It cannot be read back as your address. Someone who already knows the address could match it.
We use it only to stop a second free trial on the same address.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Anonymous usage sharing is off unless you turn it on. It only counts things like a model loaded or a task finished.
It never includes prompts, files, paths or conversations. You can read the setting description in Fireleaf before you decide.
No warranty, limited liability
Fireleaf is provided as is, without any warranty.
Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post the update on this page with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, USA.
